We’ll have a private room at Barrachina and a flamenco dance performance will follow dinner at approximately 8:00 p.m. The menu will include mofongo (a traditional dish with your choice of chicken, skirt steak or seafood), chicken with vegetables or a grouper filet with shrimp in a creole sauce, as well as vegetarian options.
On Thursday evening, Ashley is planning an ‘excursion’ to kayak the Bioluminescent Bay at Fajardo. You may have already received an Evite from Ashley for this event, but if you did not receive it you
can CLICK HERE to RSVP and join. We don't think the kayaking will be too difficult, but feel free to decline if you have any hesitations regarding the physical exertion. And if you fall in and become shark bait, remember this was Ashley's idea.
For those coming into town early, we have heard whispers of a snorkeling or a booze cruise on Wednesday and perhaps hiking or fishing at some other time, but also let us know if you have any ideas or requests.
